Remains of a lost caravan city from the prehistoric period lie amongst rugged terrains of the western world. Petra bears footprints of being a thriving trading center. For about a hundred years the city remained hidden within rugged terrains. Surrounded by mountains and canyons this sandstone is located near Jordan.
